Although the Northern Lights won’t Reach me

Although the distances might be far,
And the northern lights won't reach me here,
The buoyancy of the sweet memories,
And the gravity of the bitter ones,
Both continue to push and pull me,
In countless directions,
Making me dance, bitter-sweet.

Memories,
Of every moment I spent with you,
Of moments I wish I had spent with you,
And of moments I wish I hadn't spent with you,
Together these continue to push and pull me,
In countless directions,
Making me dance, bitter-sweet.

But, so it is the nature of life,
Life, a journey from shore to shore,
Buoyed and sinked in movements,
With sweet and bitter memories,
And, making beats with these movements.
