War, My Friend

What good it does,

And what good brings the word.

War is my friend;

I watch as he starts berating

Allies, making unlikely a nation

Of diverse character,

But of what resilience,

Which decays.

My worries are not so,

They are merely for

Show, as I attempt

To know the positives

Of my dear friend war.

For he comforts me,

Knowing that life be shattered,

Knowing that tears be draining

From the eyes of the innocent.

Oh, what good my friend

War thinks this be.

My friend war,

He enjoys the cries of the good,

And the laughs of the bad.

He wants more, but what else could there be?

My friend, war, he believes

In a world where enslavement is

A positive, and poverty is good.

War thinks we should stop

Governing our society as a free nation,

And become what other nations sought us

To be.

Oh, what good my friend,

War is, he believes we should

Be segregated,

Aware that war will save us

From the aliens of outside.

My friend, he believes in no rights

And no freedoms,

Oh, what a great friend he is.

What good it does,

And what good brings the word.

War is my friend;

I watch as he starts berating

Allies, making unlikely a nation

Of diverse character,

But of what resilience,

Which decays.

My worries are not so,

They are merely for

Show, as I attempt

To know the positives

Of my dear friend war.

For he comforts me,

Knowing that life be shattered,

Knowing that tears be draining

From the eyes of the innocent.
