Rainbow Lorikeets, King Parrots and Bell Birds

They’re part of an opera that needs no words

Corellas, Galahs and Black Cockatoos

Crimson Rosellas and Whipbirds you will hear too.

Major Mitchell, Sulphur Crested and Gang Gang Cockatoos

Such interesting colours in plumage to view

Magpies, Kookaburras and Superb Blue Wrens

Eastern Rosellas, Satin Bowerbirds and Variegated Wrens

The music continues with Mopoke and Boobook Owls

At night, sometimes accompanied with Dingo howls
But at break of dawn & at dusk you’ll hear the birds most

As though they’re singing with an angelic host

More wondrous creatures God could create

But why would He change such a gorgeous palette

Blessed are they to see these birds in full regalia

This is the magnificent Bush Orchestra of Australia
