Flooded city

City was dry and waited for showers

As gift from sky to empower its bowers

Gasped for tears

Shedding all fears

But sudden storm soaked its wizened face

With strangled breath it lost its grace

Rain sponged away its dryness

Tangled streets with muddy clumsiness

Ending in flood

City now cried and felt sky squeezed out entire water
