Memories

Vapid heat of mind experiencing summer

It's thoughts never shimmer

It's mercurial ambitions grow bigger

Attaining dubious equilibrium

To think about continuum

Memories laugh at me

The inexorable past mock at me

Life's thermometer creep upwards

Through capillary move bringing

Innocent memories

Vibrant in the present roaming in mind's dormitories
