The Missing Link

Aside from life's own natural force,
the prophets call us to endorse;
A pattern of the crying throngs,
who've been neglected all year long.

Between the walls of saintly power,
our world connects with heaven's bower;
And through the door we find our way,
to speak with angels as they pray.

Come in and open up your hearts,
then try to play your given parts;
While touching others in the gloom,
we'll lift ourselves from hellish gloom.

The link connecting all of us,
is missing when our spirits toss;
The real intent to live as ONE,
in purpose sent from Father to Son.

While reading this piece of art, I felt its power over me like a refreshing warm shower over my body. When something is from the heart, its the same as divine inspiration. You can tell good writing when it hits you with its own brand and taste of truth. The real beauty about creativity is its own capacity to continually inspire time after time, giving new life to old metaphors with unlimited possibilities in our own relative existence. Good art is scary because good art shows us the past and the present in one. Its a link to our deepest nature and connection with God and the divine.

It's not easy to be strong. To be strong, you must be incredibly vulnerable as well. But out of that vulnerability is the wonderful and docile nature of a trusting child. To live in the life and spirit of that inner spark is what life is all about.
