Body, Mind, and Spirit
Your body keeps you strong
Through those long days
Your aches will be long gone
Even when the sun is ablaze
And then the all powerful mind
Using it wisly can bring true happiness
Though sometimes caught in a bind
The smart route is not being anonymous
And who could forget the spirit
its what keeps a person alive
Its written in any holy lyric
It'll push you and make you strive
One thing not mentioned above
Is the power of a couples love
Which seems to be carried by a dove
Just a kick, step, and a shove
And anything can happen
Just please, don't get flattened
And to be serious, love is not a joking matter
It take patients, in that time will not shatter
With body, mind, and spirit at hand
Your love can then truly expand

The words "I can't" are some of the easiest words to say in todays society. Its not always easy to push past the impossible, but taking it as a challenge and pushing anyway will take that "I can't" to "I CAN!" Body, mind, and spirit is what makes a person strong.
