Judgement
What I wonder, will my answer be
when that great white light shines on me
When my journey's done and I am asked
what I've done with my life in the past
Will I tell of deeds of love and trust
will I say that I have been kind and just
Have I benefitted my fellow man
and tried to lend a helping hand
Will I say that my thoughts were always good
Oh how I wish that I really could
When I'm asked to tell all about me
What I wonder, will my answer be.
when that great white light shines on me
When my journey's done and I am asked
what I've done with my life in the past
Will I tell of deeds of love and trust
will I say that I have been kind and just
Have I benefitted my fellow man
and tried to lend a helping hand
Will I say that my thoughts were always good
Oh how I wish that I really could
When I'm asked to tell all about me
What I wonder, will my answer be.
