Will Power

Nothing could save me
from me

No one
No such thing
to search within
and then find
to define me

Nothing could save me
from me

Only I alone
hold the eyes that know
how to see my mind

The fantasies and dreams
that seems so far

Nothing could save me
from me

From believing and
leaving it all behind by
finally giving up

Nothing could save me
from me

I’ am my worst enemy

The mind is a powerful thing

Nothing could save me
from me

It's mind over matter

Only I could shatter these dreams

It all depends
on how I think...

Yes, a beautiful yet deceitful thing we have...our minds. They can lead us to Glory and they can lead us to a sad story. With them (our minds) we can be powerful and lead us to Glory; or they can shuttle us to the end of our story. I get these feelings all the time, I'd be inclined to say we all do. I'm of the belief that none of us really truly know if we all live happily ever after at the end of our story, but I hope death is NOT the end of this story. Hang in there, it's not over until it's over, right?? Just remember there is at least one person (me) out here that can obtain wisdom from this story. Great work, keep it up! Or should I say "great words" "straight from the heart ❤️
