Unspoken Words

The unspoken words of a broken heart
She whispers to him where did it fall apart
The lie of her life came crashing down
Tears stream fast
the silence resound
She touches his hand that's she's always known
Where was his love that he's always shown
The man of her dreams who became her world
Their life together with a boy and girl
She looks into his eyes and softly speaks
We can get through this if in God we seek
The memories keep flooding their life passing by
Reaching for something through his unwillingness to try
As she lays alone in the pain of it all
Her emptiness and hope another tear falls
She drifts to sleep praying for hope
That God will pull her from the end of her rope
Bring her through with mercy and love
Believing and trusting his plan will be from above

when words are no longer spoken, the mind and heart can't rest. Relationships are a two-way
street ! Communication is paramount. A very sensitive and meaningful write!
