Waste me
by
Kunal Anand
Waste me at the corner of your lips
With a smile
That runs from one world to another
Connecting preserving fostering
The jewel the pearl
Waste me at the corner of your eyes
With a tear
That says the unspoken words
Washing cleaning erasing
The pain the curse
Waste me as soon as I appear
On the horizon
Of my love and your desire
With your eyes of smile
I will find my exile.
With a smile
That runs from one world to another
Connecting preserving fostering
The jewel the pearl
Waste me at the corner of your eyes
With a tear
That says the unspoken words
Washing cleaning erasing
The pain the curse
Waste me as soon as I appear
On the horizon
Of my love and your desire
With your eyes of smile
I will find my exile.

Love the repetition, adds melody to the poem, the feelings transcended through the words and the honesty of the words. As a reader I can really connect with your words and feel them inside me. Good Job !

the language of this poem flows well and is beautifully poetic; emotions are invoked effectively.
