The brush you wield paints a vivid picture of unrequited unintentional love. I like when poets let a sentence or a thought breath. Instead of filling it with pretty lilting words describing everything and nothing. I liked this poem because I kept coming back to it. I think a poem should be interesting from the first line. You had a line i really liked about fibers being stitch into the quilt of your mind and i liked that line and i have a suggestion. How about " Like fibers of my my forever quilt, stitched into my mind but piercing my heart". This is the first one I've signed up for since I was in high school. I'm excited to see how it sits among the other bodies of work. Good luck yall.
