Writing has been my soul passion ever since I was 5 years old when I could first express myself I expressed myself through literature. I found the love for poetry when I was in Middle School my English teacher saw something in me that I didn't know that I had she saw a potential in me . I love the fact that I can express myself through words similes and metaphors I love telling stories and I love expressing other people's thoughts as well not just always my own . It's been a very long journey but I've been writing for years I have a poetry book my mom gave that I've been writing in ever since I was in Middle School to my adult years now and I still continue to write in that book to this day .

Could you love me again ?

If I could turn back time and make thing's right ?

Would you run away from me if I expressed my feelings .

Time and time again we search for what is evident .

But love can be so overrated and sometimes never...

I envision the days we get lost in a oasis of serenity

a peace that's so divine that both our souls are calm .

Calm like a rainstorm that just passed over

I know your always watching me from the heavens above .

You're never forgotten forever in my heart .

He paints a picture with his hands his eye's they tell a story .

He is something more than wonderful but never cocky about his glory .

The strength in his soul comes from his faith in the man above .

Not gon lie this was very disappointing but I got nominated for two of my poems. I got discouraged and stopped writing poetry a while back . And entered off a whim cause I was going through a lot I would of loved to had won . It just makes me feel discouraged like I'm not good enough this just adds on to the theory . Nothing seems to go right for me at all
