I have been writing poetry since I was 18. In the last 3 years I have self published 3 anthologies, purely for family and friends. With more time on my hands now and together with my other passion of painting in oils, I want to explore this beautiful world of ours. Express its wonders, question its dangers through word and paint.

In a sun striped border
In pink chiffon hue
The bubbled parcels
They shimmer like dew

All his life in rain,
Sun, soil, snow and sod
His boots stuck him
To the ground

To stand in his boots
