I am married to Elena and have three grown up children. I love to read - American short stories, biographies, philosophy, French poetry. I enjoy gardening to feel dirt in my hands and take deep breaths after heavy rain. I am addicted to writing poetry, short stories, aphorisms and non-fiction narratives. I hope to be out hill walking again after ill-health throughout 2023 but now looking forwards not backwards. I have worked in many different industries banking, telecommunications, security management, animal charity but mostly construction. For all the terrible news I am optimist that humanity will find a way thrive with respect to rights for all lives and life itself.
