I grew up on a dairy farm in rural Ontario, Canada. I am a country girl at heart. I am happily married for over 40 years and have 1 terrific son. I am still working full time, but look forward to retiring in the next few years where I can spend more time being creative. I enjoy gardening, walking, cooking and baking, photography, playing the fiddle, and spending time with family and friends. Poetry for me is a way that I can tell a story in a fun way.
