I don't sleep, I live through the night.
I don't stop thinking, thoughts are my light.
I don't forget, I remember it well.
I don't feel sad, with my stories to tell.

I don't regret, I learn from my past.
I don't hate, I let my anger pass.
I don't hurt, I embrace my pain.
I don't cry, I find the sun in the rain.

I laugh, because life is strange
I run, because our time I short
I dance, because I like life's tune
I smile, because I'm with you
