the beauty of snow

Snow falls from the sky,
it makes a mark from way on high,
the snow is white and flaky too,
i leave a footprint with my shoe.

i like to walk in the snow and ice,
i make a mark with my shoe once or twice,
pretty soon the flowers will bloom,
in the meantime i hope the snow will return.
