For me to conquer is a top priority

To get the correct help for what I'm going through

Where did all the time go
For so long I can't believe I felt this low

It wasn't just a passing phase
My mind was in a cloudy haze

It was hard to fake being happy

I like this poem as I can relate to what the author has expressed about the feelings of having an absent father and even though I'm not there yet in a happy place relationship wise this poem has reminded me that I need to forgive not just this situation but many other things in my life in order for me to move on and try and gain some sort of happiness before I'm gone from this world... not forgetting that forgiveness from God is also a powerful reminder too so 'Who Am I Not To Forgive'
