Iron clinks and echos loud,
A silent war beneath the crowd.
The barbell waits, a challenge set,
A weight to crush, a goal unmet.
Hands grip tight, the chalk cloud rise,
A focused fire in tired eyes.
Legs tense, back locked, breath drawn...
