The man in your dreams,
That choice you claim,
The ideal you deserve.
What if it’s me?
The gent to preserve,
Than species in a reserve,
The one to give you smiles,
While you walk no miles.
What if it’s me?
Your special other!
To compliment your beauty!
To smoothen your heart’s fractures
Everyday seeing you a new
Forgetting the bad songs you knew!

Open me a chamber
Softly in your heart
For long it has been locked
Wait! Did someone took the key?

About this poem
This poem is about a male persona who is interested in a woman. The persona would like the lady to be his romantic partner and therefore, he tries to convince the lady by telling her that maybe he is the man she has been dreaming of.
