Oh powder blue and black evening sky
Look so calm and beautiful

The serene look on your face, as the wind blows across
What a sight to behold
The day is nearing to an end
With all its surprises …..Happy and unhappy

It’s soon to be transformed to a night sky
Still dark but sprinkled all across with twinkling stars
And lovely white full or crescent moon glowing like a milky crown

You are endless, beautiful and dutiful round the clock
A look at your magnificence……makes one feel free, peaceful and small
Ponder how insignificant we are in this existence

The night sky slowly makes its journey to another dawn
Full of bursting yellow sunshine, chirping birds, blooming flowers
Holding new hopes, endeavors, courage and acceptance
And a blessed chance to live fruitful through another shining day’
