Stress

My friends call me Alayna, for that is my name,

I hope to improve at this life balance game.

Assignments that are due are a challenge each day,

To get back my time I must find a way.

Demands from my friends are causing me grief,

They all want results, I get no relief

All of these things are causing me stress,

I really would like to get out of this mess.

I will write down a list to get more things done,

To manage my time better is priority one.

And to plan my time daily, I will also commit,

To develop my skills and improve just a bit.

I’ll report to a friend on progress I make,

And get some support, every week give or take.

My wish for each day is to be peaceful and boast,

That I’m spending my time on what matters the most.
