My Body

Free verse
My back holds the weight of all the things I have done in life.
My body has stories no book can carry.
My body holds the innocence of youth.
My body has rough parts and lavish parts.
Parts that are ugly and some that are beautiful.
Parts that are open, and some concealed.
My body is a mosaic made of many parts.
And these parts make beautiful pictures.
