sometimes i feel you in my heart
others i feel we’re apart
at times i began to wonder
if it’s the rain or the thunder
if i need to let go
or give us time to grow
either way i don’t know
you confuse me with the things you show
i want us to elevate
but lately we been going low
i really hope it’s not too late
for our love to flow
