Machinations

A strange sense of purpose filled me,
And I brought my powers to bear,
Against the fathomless abyss and its creatures,
I marshalled my strength and determined to survive,
My clash against the forces of evil,
I sought to triumph over the terrible machinations,
And the minions of darkness that I encountered,
I fought bravely and became filled  with resolve,
To face the final dangers and enemies of my quest,
I raced against time to become the victor,
Of a perilous battle with nefarious rivals.
