Easing the pain.



I'm such a happy person,
My worlds one they all wish,
But my pains alway worsen,
Like depression was my favorite dish.

I feed off the happiness,
and breath for the energy,
But when I'm down its for good,
It all makes no sense to me.

My life is as a air plane.
When utmost in the air its a blast,
But once you've become low,
Taking off doesn't happen fast.

Sometimes laughters a good medicine.
So that I don't linger behind tears.
And penning it all down,
Is like facing my fears.

So as I reconize my remedy,
Letting out the agony and burn,
I start to let go of the bother,
Slowly I learn....
