I’m 60 yrs old. Have experienced tragedies in my last couple if years I didn’t think I could handle The ONLY EASY I MADE IT is through writing my jumbled thoughts down on paper. I lost my mom with Alzheimer’s ( she is still living, but at the same time gone). I lost my son at 35 is a terrible car accident My brother was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
