Thoughtful Void
Tabitha J. Bryson 1973 (Indianapolis, Indiana)
I exist in a void
kept apart from the world
whether real or imagined
am I still a lonely, desperate girl?
Always wanting a change
never satisfied with my life
dreaming about it being different
never an act to suffice.
Regardless of where I go
regardless of what I obtain
doesn't matter who I know
it all remains the same.
Nothing really makes me happy
no matter what I say nor do
I'm always feeling so unfulfilled
always searching for something new.
I only wish to be comfortable & happy
living out all the dreams within my head
I need to figure out how to get this started
before I wind up dead.
