A hollowness

Darkness spread around the world
a hollowness felt inside all of us,
With a wave of happiness everywhere
sometimes we are scared of us.

I felt empty all over again
a surge to fight something back,
A feeling too scarred to be felt
came to me like a never-ending track.

I was scared to see around
the happy faces with no pain,
Couldn't shake the feeling inside
like I was running inside a lost  train

I saw a light coming to me
with a face I couldn't look through,
A brightness scattered all over me
like it all felt too good to be true.

You led me to the light
a place I was scared to see alone,
You swayed me with your liveliness
and I wasn't scared anymore.

Sometimes you feel like wind
sometimes you seem like light,
I don't know who you are till now
but you came to protect me in this fight.
