The sea shore
High tides underneath the moon
We are standing at the shore
The ocean dragging us
Into her anytime soon.
Our fingers got locked
Our fear made us blocked
As if it's our last
Who knows ,right now
We are in our past.
The wet sand
asked you to stay .
The dead shell,
asked me to wait.
Can't we agree with them ?
Just for this time
Can see your wet glittering eyes
Under the moonlight.
Can feel the heaviness
In my chest.
Why don't we wait to bid farewell
Till the sunrises
Till the wave dances.
Someday you would be
On the other side of this sea
I beg the tides to pull us
I beg the wind to move us
I beg the sea to drag us closer
Atleast to meet
In the middle of the ocean.
About this poem
We met but never meant to be together, our path crossed at various stages but never collided.. together we ran but never intercept
