She walks with a grace
A grace that hides a thousand tears
She walks with a grace
A grace that covers scars unseen
These scars cover her entire being
Yet no one sees them, except her
Grace covers her completely
She yearns for inner peace
Her strength unshaken
Her faith unwaving
She has seen things, heard things
That no one should see or hear
She has felt fear, cried tears
For things left unhealed
Unmarred from her former being
When the choice was not her own
She walks with a grace
Made of flesh and bone
She walks within grace
Which has healed her wounded soul
