This thing called life

Law Mason 2009 (Springfield, OH)

 What is life?
  Life has meaning,
  But what is that meaning
  People have a purpose,
5 So does life,
  And some live
  While others die

   Tell the truth,
   And do not lie.
10 Some are successful,
   Some are not.
   People may be alive,
   But some miss their shot.
Some ask if death is the end,
15 Some do not.

   Some succeed,
   Some fail,
   So don’t ask,
   What is life?
20 Instead live this thing called life,
   Because it doesn’t last forever,
So make it last while you can.

   Live your best life,
Don’t let anything bring you down.
25 Be your own biggest fan,
   Because you have a chance,
   In this game, Life.
