Fishing Wars
In the vast and endless sea
Two ships set out to gain their fee
Their crews prepared for battle bold
For the biggest catch, they both did hold
With rods and reels and bait so fine
They jockeyed for position, a fierce feline
For in this ocean, only one could reign
And claim the prize, the ultimate gain
With every cast and every lure
Their determination only grew more pure
No storm or wave could break their will
For the thrill of the catch, they'd fight until
The sun beat down and the winds did roar
But still they fished, seeking more and more
Their lines entwined, a tangled mess
But neither was willing to forfeit this quest
The war at sea, a sight to behold
As each ship fought for its own stronghold
But as the afternoon sun began to set
One ship emerged, the victor, no regret
With cheers and triumph, they reeled it in
The prize so grand, a battle they did win
For in this sea of wars and strife
Fishing brought them back to life
And as the two ships sailed away
Their rivalry forgotten, just for a day
For in the end, the true treasure they found
Was the camaraderie, in this battleground.
