Love and lust

Thomas A Neddo 1986 (Vermont)

In shadows cast by candle's glow,
Where whispers weave their tale,
A dance of lust and love's embrace,
In passion's fiery gale.

In every touch, a symphony,
Each kiss a verse divine,
Two souls entwined in fervent need,
Their hearts in rhythm's line.

Through moonlit nights and sunlit days,
They crave each other's touch,
Their hunger fierce, their ardor deep,
As flames that never clutch.

Yet love, a tempest wild and free,
Cannot be bound by lust,
For deeper still, beneath desire,
It's faith and trust we must.

In love's sweet garden, blooms do fade,
Yet roots remain entwined,
Through storms and trials, they persevere,
Their love, forever signed.

So let this tale of lust and love,
Be etched in stars above,
A timeless ode to passion's fire,
And the enduring strength of love.
