The Civilized Shadows .
The eyes contrived with interest ,
Lurk to suite advantage by ,
Labeled degrees portfolios ,
Flicker trickery of senses highs .
The hands oil spoils beneath ,
And rise with Jackal's chorus ,
Hard to blow a democratic flow ,
And never miss an outlawed touch .
The tongue degrees lizard ,
And lines color to hide mirage ,
To be the survival , ready wit it fits ,
And sacrifices conscience's weightage .
The feet set rail to desire's station ,
And tread down the innocent comrades ,
Black as night they rush , to parliament ,
And hoist slogan to turn a ghost a saint !
“Public” ,-they say,-“Herd of sheep”
And question not what the shepherd does ,
Lend them your ear , but never your heart !
