Analysis of A BEAUTIFUL DEMON
Phil Roberts 1957 (Melbourne)
Beautiful demon
Sensual like a woman,
Eager soon to feed.
Attractive woman
Revealing herself a fiend,
In human disguise.
A beautiful fiend
Sensual but so lethal,
Readying to kill.
Men will gladly die
For this beautiful temptress,
Modern femme fatale.
A large snake coiling
Changes to a woman:
Beautiful but deadly.
Woman-shaped demon
Leading a man to a mount,
Killing him on high.
Daughter of Satan
She’s the devil’s child (your bride!);
A woman from hell.
