Analysis of DARK SHADOWS OF THE NIGHT
Night’s dark shadows hide
All manner of evil,
Lurking just out of sight.
Dark rituals performed
In the cover of night,
On a lonely hill.
Eerie shapes and sounds
Permeate the dire night,
Terrifying passers.
Evil creatures stalking
Through the loathsome night-time,
Hunting human prey.
Night’s dark shadows lift
To reveal grotesque things,
Out to make a kill.
Things as black as night
Like bizarre carven gargoyles,
Eating living meat.
Night's dark beauty hides
The true ugly side of life,
Where only fiends dwell.
