Analysis of Root And Cause

Few problems permitted as they do to exist,
Would not share complaints.
By the ones who continue,
To tighten their jaws to accuse and blame...
A doing done to themselves,
Is their right to claim this exchange of shame...
On others to name them,
As being irresponsible.
For allowing their actions to become,
An excuse making representation...
That passes the buck to those,
Quick to motorized their lips.
But always seem to know nothing about,
The meaning of elbow grease.
Or how and when it is applied,
Assisted with sweat equity!

'Uh...
Can you stop using,
All those fancy big words.
And come down to Earth and speak to us,
In English, please!
Ain't nobody here stupid to believe,
Grease comes from elbows.
And is equal to sweat!
Do any of us look like fools to you?
That's one of the reasons,
We can't get nothing done around here.
We know what are problems are!
But you seem not to want to help us,
Solve and get them fixed!
