Analysis of A letter from God
Johannah, a gift consider thine
for generations to come;
care for them and nurture them
for such as ye are children mine.
One day I will bid ye to return
to all of this I promised such,
to live in thine own palace hence
and my offspring blessings earn.
Thy children will be generations
for such thou hast deserved;
like thee they will receive from me
gifts befitting holy nations.
Thy children's children will know
to carry forth the name you bear
for such a blessing thou was given
and on thee this blessing I bestow.
The name that I will rest on thee
remembered generations forth,
for thine has held this sacred oath
to build the Roman family tree.

About this poem
The poem refers to my grandmother and talks about her role as the pillar in the household. The fact that it is written in archaic text in places just gives it a time basis and as I would imagine God to speak through the King James Bible.
