Analysis of HA! HA!' SAID THE CLOWN

Just because it's the political stage
Why must they all act like clowns?
Just because their party rules
Why must they bring Australia down?

The Australian Lesbians Party
Is made up entirely of fools,
And when they are in power
They bring in clownish rules.

Just because it's an arena
Why must clowns take the stage?
Why must they say stupid things?
Which today seems to be the rage?

They bicker and fight for the wrong
But they won't ever fight for the right,
Their unfunny follies continue
From the day, way into the night.

With all their clowning around
They never seem to get anything done,
They're clowning around with justice
They've got equality on the run.

Why can't we have good leaders?
Why must we be led by fools?
Too busy scoring Brownie points
To set up equitable rules.

THE END
