Analysis of THE DEVIL'S TOWN

Just outside of the Devil's town
Death Riders chase down the living,
Punishing them for the tiniest breach
Because the Devil is so unforgiving.

Within the town foul creatures stalk
Lusting after human meat,
Predators, harvesters, and iron-men
All living there on lonely street.

Imps, and elves, and goblins too
Stalk throughout the Devil's town,
Hoping to catch lone human beings
Hoping soon to drag them down.

People who have failed at life
All join in the Devil's parade,
Losers from the human race
Now living in the eternal shade.

Bright sunlight never shines down hear
Since it is the Devil's own town,
Only moonlight or twilight show
For those who are Hades-bound.

Within the streets of the town
Prehistoric atrocities feast,
After hunting down living prey
Now devouring bloody human meat.

At the very end of their lives
People are sent to the Devil's Town,
It's not a place you can ever come up from
It's a place to which you only go down.
