Analysis of THE LIGHTNESS OF THE SPIRIT

the lightness of the spirit
it is in each of us that
we ignore our depth
the sweetness and the light envelops us
when we are compassionate
towards others and we love
the light is in us like a melody
soft and fragrant, it illuminates
our body and our soul
shines with heat, powerful forces
positive surround us, the power of love
it is amazing and stronger than any
earthly evil. Patience, respect, joy, smile,
kindness, compassion, charity,
simplicity, Divine silence,
this is the secret of light!
