Analysis of Consensual
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
When our thoughts became consensual.
And mutually shared.
Knowing them to be sincere and caring.
You were here for me.
As I for you.
Together for each other.
Doing the best we both can,
To understand with this understood...
We did not try to do what was done to do.
We did what was done,
Because of interest.
Without indifference or impatience.
To listen.
But with a desire to learn.
Growing more each day to know,
We can always depend...
On our respect to give it.
With no need to wonder or ask,
What is on our focused minds.
That's why we like each other.
Mutually.
And consensually without doubt.
Beyond a temporary love.
The kind most have that is convenient.
Depending on the time of day.
A cloudless sky with no sign of rain.
The kind...
That only remains meaningful,
If the mood and attitude...
Meets and agrees,
With a giving of approval that satisfies!
And that's why we like each other.
As we are.
Mutually.
Done with a consensual ability to please!
Magnetically.
Together.
Sharing our chemistry.
With lots of it to spare if needed!
