Analysis of Upsets

Life to live has its upsets.
Leaving many,
Prematurely celebrating victories...
Left disbelieving,
Winning is not a given.
Known to those,
Awaiting with a crave to taste...
Something unseen,
On a prepared menu.
Or request from those,
To show...
What a difference it makes,
When they heat up a familiar place...
With an added ingredient to the plates.
Served to awe and drop jaws!

'I did not anticipate,
The flavor of this to be so delicious.'

'Neither did we.
But we were determined,
A change to the familiar...
Would only upset,
The ones accustomed to routine.
And as of yet,
No one has been heard...
To express regrets.
Although...
We have witnessed some tears.'

'Well...
Your delivery had been hot and spicy.
I like it.
But with time?
More people have been known to adapt.
What first upsets,
Eventually becomes...
The preferred everyone selects as best!'
