Analysis of Bend, Don't Break

Bend, don't break.
Well I stretched a lot in physical therapy.
Bend, don't break.
Don't worry, I do yoga for my anxiety.
Bend, don't break.
"i'm impressed by your flexibility."
Bend, don't break.
Oh, it just takes stretching frequently.
Bend, don't break.
Things keep coming, I bend continuously.
Bend, don't break.
Can't I reach my goals without bending repeatedly?
Bend, don't break.
I've bent too far, I fear I will break easily.
