Analysis of one moment unreal

Audrey Cook 1955 (Los Angeles)

I thought about
how crazy
everything feels
an oddly shaped
golden centered orb
i haven't had the time or space
to absorb or reveal
sometimes i sit here
and unpeel
emotions unreal
other times
I feel like a kid
playing with jacks
a first grader
in knee socks
a person whose thoughts
have gone skiing
a breath of morning spring air
a warm wonderful feeling
a jumble a tumble a spill
but what a thrill
one moment unreal
