Analysis of Nobody

Mandi Renee Powell 1982 (Texas)

Nobody listens, Nobody cares.
Nobody broke the dishes, Nobody ran up the stairs.
I always get in trouble for the things Nobody does.
I wish someone would listen when I tell them what Nobody does.
But no one believes me, not my parents, teachers, or friends.
They all say it's just me and I should make amends.
Nobody is there when I need someone the most.
In the end, I only have Nobody and Nobody's a ghost.
