Analysis of 2:48 am
do you remember when I asked you what your favourite song was
you told me it was the one I wrote for you
and the piece of jewelry you wore everyday was the necklace I gave you
and when you asked what my favourite colour was
I said it’s the colour of your eyes
I wonder if now that we are no longer together
if your favourite things are still the same
because my favourite word remains your name
