Analysis of the bernoulli effect

Tyler Cordeiro 2002 (États-Unis)

Ode

physics extra help

5:30 at night.

i am the student

and you are the tutor.

dyspraxic hands & poet’s mind

marvel at how you move math.

maybe, that is love.

the coup d'état of a digit

that lingers on soft skin

basked in promises,

we look towards the sky from the classroom window,

as the sun hits the horizon

we think of a car crash,

two bodies meeting

with greater velocity

increase in constriction

as your thoracic cavity gets smaller.

as you close me off through the back door.

then come back just to say that you can't breathe without me,

i have only ever heard you be literal!

this time, there's no friction in your words.

we think of embracing

something that can't kill you

as the sun kisses the trees,

it knows it will fade

but it doesn't care

because it values what it's been before what it is.

it leaves behind streaks of beauty

all my finger imprints on your skin

is a tache,

café au lait cachée

from birth or touch?

did you ever know me?

we forget the difference

of our discrete bodies

we watch models bouncing against one another.

you don't notice that i am staring at you.
